Only on Netflix

Only On Netflix is the first ever immersive fan event bringing Japanese audiences into the world of their most beloved titles. In a month-long pop-up at Harajuku, guests are immersed in the iconic music, scenes and pop culture moments as they relive their favourite stories, and discover new titles to love.

We were tasked to design the event identity and a swag kit that is part of the first invitation to Japan press and influencers, and as giveaways when they attend the preview.

Identity

To bring out the 2-to-3D, screen-to-real-life concept of the event, the anaglyph image effect was utilised in the Only on Netflix logotype.

 

Swag Kit

Taking inspiration from Japanese culture and putting a Netflix spin on it, the swag kit uses iconic objects in pop culture such as the claw machine and gachapon, to create an Only on Netflix experience where must-watch titles are introduced and celebrated.

The swag kit also taps into Japan’s tiny but awesome culture of miniaturisation.
